Keeping the homemade in Chalkboard Kitchen’s Whole Grain Pancake Mix, I packaged the dry ingredients ready for you to mix and make on your own hot griddle! Just add eggs, oil, and milk — I use oat milk, but your favorite choice of milk works too! My goal was to create a healthy, flavorful pancake, by blending Wisconsin milled and grown ingredients including organic all purpose flour and organic oats (the same oats used in Chalkboard Kitchen granolas), organic whole wheat pastry flour, and organic flax meal.
